FAQs
Do you offer next day deliveries?
- Orders received before 5pm will be delivered by close of business next day.
- Due to the sensitive nature of cold chain product, and our commitment to guaranteeing product integrity and patient safety at all times, it is not possible to ship cold chain items over the weekend, therefore any orders received after 5pm on a Thursday will be delivering the following Tuesday (Wednesday of bank holiday weekends). To ensure patient supply, we recommend all orders for cold chain product are received before 5pm on Thursdays.
- If you are in urgent need of a product please contact originalis@rxsource.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
I don't see the product we need listed on the portfolio, can we request new products?
Yes, we encourage our customers to request new products. Originalis is currently sourcing products from 14 markets across Europe, and we are keen to expand our product offering in the Irish market. We can often source products not currently available, please contact gary.kelly@originalis.ie and we will investigate for you.
How do I place an order and set up an account?
- To place an order for GMS product, you must set up an account. You can do so by completing the account form and submitting.
- All accounts must be set up for DD payment. The DD form is at the end of the account form.
- Payment for goods is taken in the month proceeding order month, so for example, if you order on 1st May, payment will be taken by DD on 30th June. If you order strategically you can avail of 60 days credit.
- Once your account is approved, you will be issued with an account number.
- You can then email customerservice@pluripharm.ie with your order, which will be confirmed by returned.
I've received a product not ordered. What do I do?
Thankfully, this does not happen too often, but should you receive a product not ordered please contact customerservice@pluripharm.ie and we will rectify as a matter of urgency.
How do I order High-tech products?
- All High-Tech Hub products must be ordered through the HSE High Tech Hub
- Once received, our team will add a note to each order accepted detailing expected delivery date
- If you need something urgently or need to check stock please contact customerservice@pluripharm.ie
- High-Tech Non Hub products can be ordered by emailing customerservice@pluripharm.ie
- All High-Tech Hub and Non-Hub products are invoiced to HSE directly, and delivered to you as per our next day delivery schedule
